Petrotec – Petroleum
AES, Inc. develops oil field and gas storage tank setups for sites throughout California. All projects are coordinated through a project manager charged with establishing and monitoring various schedules for all operational phases from engineering through final field erection.
Hydrotec – Potable & Wastewater
Our potable and wastewater tanks have been around for over 100 years. Our manufacturer, Columbian TecTank, is the established leader in bolted tanks. We use a propretary coating process that yields optimum corrosion resistance and long tank life. We maintain design standards according to AWWA D103-87-09, Factory Mutual, ASCE 7-98, IBC, and CBC. Interior and both sides of floor receive 7.0 mils of Trico-Bond EP or Opti-Bond EP thermoset epoxy powder coating.
Fire Protection
All tanks meet or exceed industry standards such as NFPA and FM. The factory-applied and thermally-cured coating process eliminates the pistes and costs of field applied coatings.
Installation and Field Erection
We maintain qualified field erection crews who coordinate our activities with the customer without interfering with existing plant operations and other construction programs. AES, Inc. services prides itself on our totally self sufficient field operations that allows our customers to concentrate on other aspects of the project.
Tanks are factory engineered to customers specifications.Crews are trained in flat panel bolted and chime panel bolted construction to fit your application.
